- scan 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 2 large egg
- scant 3/4 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- preheat the oven 190 degree Celsius.put 8 muffin paper cases in a baking sheet.
- put the margarine, sugar, egg and flour in a large bowl and, using the handheld electric mixer, beat together until just smooth. fold in the chocolate chips and spoon the batter into the paper case.
- bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until well risen golden brown. transfer to a wire rack to cool.
